I met Heather Beck in April of 2007, and in the few months
that I have known her she has helped several clients of mine with difficult dogs. She
has worked with pet owners who had tried obedience classes, behavior modification, and medication for severe behavioral issues,
and were at their wits end. Each client I contacted after working with Heather
reported marked positive changes in their pets’ behavior, and all gave enthusiastic endorsements for Heather’s
work. She has always been professional and gracious in my interactions with her. For those pets whose behavioral issues require one-on-one consultation, I recommend
Heather Beck. Jessica

Dear
Heather and Ivo, Hi. I just wanted
to let you know how great Daisy is doing. I would have never thought that spending 10 days with you guys and having
the e-collar would have made such a change in her. Right away we noticed how she wasn't so afraid of large dogs on our walks. Before she would hear a large
dog barking and totally flip out. Now, she just trots past them. She has even played with our neighbor's dog (although
not as much as she would like). One play growl from him used to send her cowering and now it doesn't phase her.
She also loves to ride in the car now.
We try to take her to the park almost every night. After seeing Ivo on the tape with her with the Subaru, we decided
to take her in our Subaru and I was amazed that she just hopped in the back. She used to be so afraid. The e-collar has also been really handy. It really has helped
with the jumping up and taking off with stuff. She used to get something she wasn't supposed to have and take off with
it. Now, when I tell her to drop it, she just drops it. Sometimes I ask her without even tapping and
she drops it without even me having to tap. She hasn't guarded anything from the kids since she has gotten home either,
but I do still supervise them with her. Probably
the best thing for her has been her alone time. Putting her in the crate during the day for more naps has been really
helpful. When she is rested, she listens a lot better. I walk her for her long walk in the morning (as I always have) about 2 miles, and then at night we take her
to the park for a walk. I find the halti works best for the park where she can get a little out of control. For the most part everything has been really positive. She
is really starting to listen. Mike and I are really happy with her progress. She was always a good dog with some
bad habits, and she is on her way to being a great dog. Thanks for all your help. I feel like I have gained control of her now. Attached is a photo. Karen H. Sandy, UT

Our dog Isis before K9-Lifeline: She was a mess...jumping on any visitor we had, playing too aggressively,
freaking out anytime she heard or saw another dog(to the point of breaking windows), near constant barking at our back fence
and at the windows, lunging after dogs on walks, and her taking us for walk instead of the other way around. We never had any
peace and we were miserable dog owners. Isis after K9-Lifeline: Guests no
longer fear coming over. In fact, we have had people who didn't believe she was the same dog! She now perks her ears for a
second or 2 when she hears a dog bark instead of barking incessantly herself. She now looks at other dogs without freaking
out... no more uncontrollable barking and clawing at the windows. We can now take her for
a walk without having to fight constantly to keep her from pulling away. Now that we have been trained to give her what
she needs, she is a calm, well-behaved dog! We now proudly say "Yes! She is our dog."
Thanks
K9-Lifeline!

The brochure I received about K-9 Lifeline contained a testimonial from a woman that after only two hours with
K-9 Lifeline, her hyper Border Collie was lying down in the room with her and that if she had not known he had been in training,
she would have thought he was ill. When
I read this, I thought “That’s great, but they have not met our two-year-old herding-breed puppy who spent an
entire year of his life in a shelter.” But the results were the same!!! Our hyperactive Belgian
Shepherd was lying in our den after two hours with Ivo!! A few hours before Ivo came to our home, our two dogs got into a fight and I happened to be in the middle of
it. We had not had any sleep for about a week (since we had introduced the new puppy into our household). Ivo is amazing. We have our life back. The
dogs can now be in the same room with one another. Ivo is truly a miracle worker!!! It is still just unbelievable
to us! Ivo’s training has made such a difference in our lives and the lives of our dogs. It was such a positive
experience. We would highly recommend K9 Lifeline (and Ivo) to anyone without hesitation.
We would be happy to discuss K9 Lifeline with you and provide you any additional information. Brent and Lyn M. Salt Lake
