All of K9 Lifeline Training programs include FREE LIFETIME attendance to our Weekend Classes, Saturday Socials and Walk the Walk. Working with dogs is a lifetime commitment and we give you the opportunity every weekend following training to come and join us to build, maintain and regain a great relationship with your dog.
These classes are available as follow up options or just for fun after completing training or an evaluation.
***Saturday Socials are temporarily on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions***
K9 Lifeline’s Saturday Socials are a unique approach to helping dogs maintain and regain social skills by allowing dogs to interact in a safe, structured environment. Unlike a dog park, K9 Lifeline monitors interactions to allow dogs to thrive in social settings. Dog’s will learn to self regulate and learn proper social interactions. Through guidance, dogs will learn to use their natural instincts to improve aggression, shy, fearful, and other problem behaviors. K9 Lifeline has helped thousands of clients with their dogs to regain and maintain social skills through this unique and interactive program!
Saturday Social Schedule & Evaluation (required to participate) K9 Lifeline offers Saturday Socials for owners and their dogs every Saturday at 10:00am for large dogs, 11:00am for our large puppies (over 30lbs) and active adults, 12:00pm for small dogs and puppies (no dogs over 30lbs). The classes are 30 minutes long, please arrive 10-15 mins. early. No appointment is needed once your dog has passed its evaluation. Every dog is different and evaluations and pretraining may differ greatly from dog to dog. To run these socials safely K9 Lifeline individually evaluates each dog that participates. The fee for the initial evaluation is $100.00. After the dog has been accepted into the program, you and your dog are welcome to participate any Saturday. For the safety of all the dogs and clients in attendance, some dogs may need a little more work before attending and be asked to sign up for daycare or receive training before being able to join. To really see changes in your dogs behavior K9 Lifeline highly recommends training to be able to teach YOU how to better work with your dog in home and outside of K9 Lifeline. Training and Socials go hand-in-hand and dogs that go through our training programs are guaranteed access to Saturday Socials.
$100 is the initial fee for evaluation, not all dogs pass, but this fee can be rolled into any of our training programs801.272.1159
Walk The Walk ®
Its easy to talk the talk, but you have to Walk the Walk!
Walk the Walk is a follow up handling class after any of our training programs that allows clients to practice working with their dog in a safe and predictable environment, but also to work through real world issues, like handling around other dogs, people, bikes, skateboards ect… If you have participated in any training with K9 Lifeline, you are eligible to join us every Sunday at 9:00 am for our big dogs and 10:30 am for our small dogs for our one hour Walk the Walk handling class.
No appointment necessary for this free follow-up class! If you have done the following training programs with your dog, you are welcome to join: Private Training, Weekender, Extended Weekender, or a Board & Train, or if you have attended a 3D Workshop with your dog you are also eligible to join. Please be sure to bring your dog 10-15 minutes early and on the training tool appropriate for your dogs training. Dogs need to attend with the training tool provided. If unapproved tools are used (flat collars, harnesses, flexi leads…etc) they will not be able to participate. Only one dog per person. This is a time for you to focus on one dog at a time to build a relationship and work on both of your skills in a real world setting. If you have more than one dog that has done training with us, please bring another human to handle the other dog or alternate each week.
We will teach you how to recognize and address the first signs of AGGRESSION, the importance of SOCIALIZATION, help you with early BEHAVIOR training, HOUSEBREAKING issues and much more! (Six months and under)

Imagine a world where…your dog comes when called every time, on or off leash, walks politely when on leash, sits and stays when asked, is socialized with dogs and other family pets, is housebroken, doesn’t jump on people, dig in the yard, and bark incessantly?
Wouldn’t that be nice?

How does it work?
